The Report on South-South Cooperation in Latin America 2013-2014 consists of five chapters:
a) As has been the case since 2009, the first chapter covers the political position that the Latin American countries through its Responsible for Cooperation, have in various international discussions on the Agenda for Development and South-South Cooperation.
b) The second, third and fourth chapters focus its analysis on the development and characterization, for 2012, of the various forms of cooperation recognized Ibero and in particular on the so-called South-South Cooperation Bilateral Horizontal, South Cooperation -South and Triangular Cooperation horizontal South-South Regional.
c) Finally and fifthly, the report reviews the participation of Latin America in the Official Development Assistance (ODA), in a context marked by the global economic crisis.
