REQUIREMENTS FOR SUBMISSION

As part of the submission process, authors are required to ensure that their submission meets all the elements established in these guidelines. Submissions that do not meet these guidelines will be returned to the authors.

• Papers must be original and unpublished, written in Spanish, English, or Portuguese.
• Papers have not been previously published, nor have they been submitted to another journal.
• The topics of the papers are developed in the areas of Law, Public Administration Science, Political Science, Sociology, and Economics.
• The text complies with the bibliographic and style requirements indicated in the EDITORIAL GUIDELINES section.
• Authors have read and accepted the conditions of the ETHICS CODE of the Journal.
