PROCESS FOR SUBMITTING A PUBLICATION

  1. The submission deadlines for proposals are as follows:
    1. March 31: for publication in the first semester of the year (publication in June). 
    2. September 30: or publication in the second semester of the year (publication in December).
  2. Submissions should be sent via email to the address rigl@cigob.net
  3. Submission, editing process, and publication incur no costs for the authors.
