Submitted papers should fall into one of the following categories:

• Articles: Research papers (theoretical or empirical) offering an original, critical, comprehensive (legal, jurisprudential, and doctrinal), and systematic study of a topic, providing the conclusions reached.
• Chronicles: Works systematically presenting experiences carried out in the entire scope of local public management, which may be of interest for transfer and dissemination to other Ibero-American local governments or researchers, or which, without constituting a scientific article, expose the issues on a particular topic.
