Local archival management can manage major changes in sub-national cultural dynamics, addressing high-impact strategies, through creative solutions, as demonstrated by the “In Search of the Treasures” strategy, a program managed by the District Municipality of Jesús María, through which a mechanism of recognition was promoted for the workers of the Municipality's archives, through the recovery of historical documents, the same have been valued, for the benefit of citizens in general. Furthermore, when reviewing the project indicators, the cultural heritage increase of the municipality is evident; greater motivation is reflected in archive workers, and efficiency and major achievements are noted in municipal archival management. But, above all, social projection actions have been carried out, seeking to consolidate and disseminate the local cultural heritage.
