This rule guarantees citizens the rights of access, rectification, opposition and elimination of incorrect data stored in databases that could harm their rights. Likewise, a regime of infractions and sanctions is established for both private or public law entities, as well as public servants, whose actions or omissions involve a violation of the processing of these data.
