Under the National Program of Neighborhoods Physical Enabling the municipal government made ??the above studies, which served as a framework for the regularization program of land tenure, in order to create the legal bases regarding the ownership of the occupied land and then make way for the application of the urban planning regulations to be determined through the Zoning Ordinance.
