The Executive Secretariat of the Latin American Federation of Cities, Municipalities and Associations of Local Governments (FLACMA) presents the ?LATIN-AMERICAN MUNICIPAL AGENDA: Vision and Mission of the Local Governments? that serves as the answer of the dynamics and demands of the actual citizens of the region. It has as a purpose to provide the formulation and implications of politics, strategies, programs and projects linked to the problematic of the citizens and their local governments, which proposes in a transparent form the mission and vision of the local Latin-American governments.
