This report diagnosed the progress of the countries of Latin America and the Caribbean on the fulfillment of the six EFA goals set in the Dakar Framework for Action in 2000. It identifies a set of challenges and relevant topics slated to be part of a discussion agenda in the post-2015 perspective, that was the time that governments were to meet the aims of the framework.
