The purpose of this Law is the creation, recognition, financial sustainability and operation of Shelter Houses in Honduras, for the care of female victims-survivors of any type of violence or women who are at risk due to a special condition of vulnerability. such as: Migrant, returned migrant, refugee, displaced person, victim of trafficking or other similar circumstances.
