The purpose of this Regulation is to develop Law No. 27806, Law of Transparency and Access to Public Information with the purpose of contributing to the promotion of the transparency of State acts and the exercise of the fundamental right of access to public information. , regulated in section 5 of article 2 of the Political Constitution of Peru.
