This article reflects on the strategic importance of decentralized cooperation, such as the Andalusian one, which stands out for its ability to address development from a territorial approach, articulating actions at the local, regional, national and global level, and placing decentralized cooperation in the path of the global development agenda, the 2030 agenda.
