The purpose of this law is to establish the State Policy for the Comprehensive Development of Children and Adolescents, which establishes the conceptual, technical, financial and management bases to progressively guarantee the comprehensive care of girls, boys and adolescents among six (6) and eighteen (18) years in the framework of comprehensive development.
