This work addresses the evolution of the fundamental rights of workers as a consequence of the transition from an analogue to a digital society, especially with regard to privacy, the protection of biometric data and the right to digital disconnection, analyzing the interaction of the general regulation with other regulations that, such as the General Data Protection Regulation, the Organic Law on Data Protection and the Remote Work Law, affect its recognition and protection.
