Country: España

With this monograph, one of its most relevant functions is deepened: the promotion and conduct of research and multidisciplinary studies on State institutions and public administrations. And it does so from a collective and choral reflection on equality between women and men, as well as the role of the former in the different sectors of contemporary Administration.

In the text of which she is the author, she exposes the situation of women in public administration from the perspective of leadership and decision-making. It reviews the regulatory field – through the European, international and national levels – and the commitments and challenges that arise to address the gender gap in professional public management.
