The pandemic changed the way we interact, move, the way we work, how we educate our children, and how we manage our health. And all this has required a radical and urgent renewal, with an immediate response capacity in the face of the uncertainty of the problem, which was totally unpredictable until then, and which has put governments around the world in check.
Local and regional authorities have been the first to respond to these challenges, guaranteeing the protection of the rights of citizens through the provision of local public services that allow a dignified life.
