Organizations that know, organizations that learn

The text proposes a journey through various organizational models. Each of these models – bureaucratic, managerial and relational – is framed in a certain context, thus showing the close relationship between organizational forms and the contexts in which they operate. We have also observed how the transitions from one model to another are explained through the social, economic and political changes that have occurred historically.
