The health crisis caused by COVID-19 has put administrations in an unprecedented situation, forcing them to evolve at forced marches in relation to the generalization of teleworking. In turn, the context has evolved in a decisive way. The appearance of the Internet, cloud tools or portable devices opens the door to new questions regarding isolation, cyberbullying, loss of privacy, performance evaluation, data protection or the right to digital disconnection.

Throughout this study, the uniqueness of teleworking in the public sector and the multiple implications of developing it within the framework of administrative organization are examined.
