It analyses these and other problems related with the fulfillment of the rights of the infancy in the urban surroundings. In the study analyses the degree of fulfillment of fundamental rights of the infancy in the half urban: the health, the education or the protection no always are guaranteeed in surroundings of abundance and ease of access as they are the cities.
