In the last years has begun a true revolution in matter of access to the public information by part of the citizens. To this revolution has him designating ?Open Dates? or ?Open Data?, which consists in putting to disposal of the society the data of common interest of the citizenship so that, anyway, these can develop a new idea or application that deliver new data, knowledges or other services that the government is not able to deliver. This revolution has generated a new paradigm through the cual the State no longer commissions to generate all the necessary applications for the citizens, but by the contrary, is the same society the one who generates his own applications to take out provecho to the data that the State leaves to his disposal.
