The Citizen Security and the exercise of the Public Freedoms are indisociables. Thus, the salvaguarda of the Security constitutes the political prioritaria of all Government. The components of the insecurity, the factors that inciden in his origin and his influence in the own morphology of the City, have been reason of constant study and reflection. The concept of security has gone evolving until arriving to the current model in which it prevails the integral vision of the same and in which they earn importance the principles of prevention and cooperation. In the present communication offers a summary of the quoted ideas and attach some indicators of the state of the citizen security in Spain.
