This article is a compilation of a research conducted in the territory through an exhaustive work field on the Granada and Seville Metropolitan Area Transport Consortium (Spain) as an associate management method to administrate efficiently the Public Transportation System of the respective metropolitan areas. The study aims to examine the special features (advantages and disadvantages) of said Supra municipal associative structure and to propose a possible implementation in the Metropolitan Area of Cordoba (Argentina), where urban characteristics can be assimilated to the Spanish agglomerations surveyed.
