This paper reflects on the changes that are currently taking place in the administrative organization, the production of public policies and in the procedures of action of the public Administrations as a result of the incorporation into the administrative activity of disruptive technologies that, such as the electronic administration of procedures, artificial intelligence, data usage, etc. are proposing new scenarios for its development and that show, on the one hand, the obsolescence of many of the bases on which we have established administrative action and, on the other, the necessary changes that we will have to face in the coming years to face the challenges that the current century has in store for us.
