The purpose of these Regulations is to regulate the functions of the Secretary of Public Affairs. The faculties of the Secretary of Public Affairs will be subject to five guiding axes that they will promote: the citizenship of the fight against corruption and impunity; the democratization of technologies; protection of internal and external alert citizens of corruption; the promotion of professionalization and professional career service, and republican austerity, oversight and evaluation of public administration, which will make the defense of victims of corruption and impunity prevail, sponsoring their rights and implementing mechanisms for citizen oversight.
