Through this Law, the mandate of the President of the Plurinational State, the Assemblymen of the Plurinational Legislative Assembly and the Elected Authorities of the Autonomous Territorial Entities elected for the period 2015-2020 are exceptionally extended until the possession of the new authorities for the period 2020-2025, due to the postponement of the elections due to COVID-19.
