The article focuses on a look at the Ibero-American Charter of Citizen's Rights and Duties in relation to Public Administration in 2013, from the perspective of good administration as a legal notion. This last notion has now become essential for the orderly legal framework of the action and functioning of the Public Administration and for that of its relations with citizens, and the Ibero-American Charter ... It constitutes one of the milestones to highlight in the upward evolutionary process of good administration within the legal framework, with certain particularities in it that are the result of that process and the imprint that the Ibero-American legal culture and the visions that it imprints on it. they have been disseminated and promoted in this context.
