This Law creates the career of the government auditor and guarantees their autonomy and professional development based on professional merit, with scheduled evaluations and promotions. 
This law completes the structural reform of government control in Peru that began in 2018 with Law 30742, and will allow the National Control System to have the best officials deployed throughout the national territory, supervising the proper use of the public resources, thus strengthening their autonomy and contributing in the best way to the development of the country.
